At Play & Lay, we take great care in maintaining the quality and hygiene of our products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
Play & Lay products are one time use items. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only applicable under strict conditions.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • The original packaging must be fully intact and unbroken

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received

If the packaging is opened, damaged, or tampered with, the refund will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Play & Lay does not provide reverse pickup or reverse shipping services.
Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the product back to our warehouse at their own cost.
Return address details will be shared once a return request is approved.
Inspection Process
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality and packaging inspection.
If the packaging is found to be broken, opened, or altered in any way, the refund request will be rejected.
Only after successful inspection and approval will the refund be initiated.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product packaging is opened or damaged

  • Product is used or partially used

  • Return request raised after the specified time period

  • Damage caused due to improper handling by the customer
