  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location:

    • Urban Areas: 5-6 business days

    • Suburban & Semi-Urban Areas: 6-7 business days

    • Rural & Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on the delivery network in your region

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on certain orders, promotions, or bulk purchases.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the delivery progress.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Undelivered or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. If returned, we will contact you for further instructions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • Some locations may have delivery restrictions based on local policies.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Play & Lay, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are designed for personal use and can be fully experienced in a single session, we have a strict no-return policy except in cases of damage or incorrect items. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing your order.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, quality, and customer safety.

Eligibility for Replacement (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

We only accept exchanges or replacements under the following circumstances:
✔ Damaged or Tampered Product – If you receive a product that is broken, physically damaged, or tampered with during transit.
✔ Incorrect Product Received – If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete package.

🚨 Important Requirement:
To claim a replacement, you must record a video while unboxing the package. This video should clearly show:

  1. The sealed package before opening

  2. The entire unboxing process

  3. The issue with the product (damaged, incorrect, or missing item)

This video serves as proof of the issue and is mandatory for all replacement claims.

How to Request a Replacement?

1️⃣ Record an unboxing video as proof of the issue.
2️⃣ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or customer support.
3️⃣ Attach the video and order details in your complaint.
4️⃣ Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (no refunds).

Conditions for Replacement Approval

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the issue. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging when requesting an exchange.

  • If your claim is approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

🚫 No return or exchange will be allowed in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used or opened without any damage

  • If the product is not to your liking after use

  • If no unboxing video proof is provided for incorrect or damaged products

  • If a claim is made after 24 hours of delivery
